Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 am and 1 pm.
Accompaniment Service
For various reasons, it may be helpful or even necessary to have someone accompany you to appointments with doctors or the authorities.Foreign Language Intermediaries
As we have been working as an international team for decades, we can draw on a wide range of native and foreign language skills among both our current and our former staff, which allows us to offer consultations in a host of different languages.Help from other institutions
Our expertise has its limits, too. We will refer you to appropriate institutions, for examples if specific problems have to be presented in court; in questions regarding healthcare; if a psychological appraisal is required; or when looking for emergency accommodation.
