New Release: "Asylum in the Republic of Cyprus" - A Documentation

Standards of the asylum procedure, the legal situation and the living conditions of asylum seekers in Cyprus are analysed by the newly published documentation “Asylum in the Republic of Cyprus”. On 60 pages the study examines deficits in asylum application processing, the partly insufficient implementation of European directives and unlawful imprisonment of asylum seekers as well as the difficult social situation of refugee groups with different legal statuses.
